Navara trades ferrous, non-ferrous, precious-metal-bearing and selected critical raw materials and semi-processed feedstock for refiners and smelters where pricing and risk are driven by execution rather than headline price alone.
Trading activity focuses on:

Structured Trade Finance
Where capital access, documentation capability or route-to-market constraints limit throughput, Navara structures and arranges financing structures for:
- Offtake-backed prepayment
- Inventory financing
- Buyer credit and receivables
- Material tolling
These bespoke solutions are anchored to physical metals, contracted exits and defined cash cycles, with capital secured against inventory, receivables or other appropriate collateral.

Selective Minority & JV Investments
Navara selectively deploys equity where ownership materially improves:
- The ability to originate feedstock for our clients
- Processing or sampling quality, speed and access
- Logistics and custody of materials
- Route-to-market certainty
Navara does not pursue operating control, greenfield development or asset-heavy strategies.
